Technical SEO · Web operations · Direct implementation

Lawrence Anthony Hogle Founder of LVCOI

I own the work from diagnosis through implementation and validation. I audit, build, optimize, deploy, and maintain websites across technical SEO, on-page and local search, structured data, analytics, lead routing, automation, and direct implementation in code.

Core capabilities

Strategy is connected to the implementation.

01

Technical SEO

Crawlability, indexation, canonicals, redirects, status codes, XML sitemaps, robots directives, and structured data.

02

Implementation

HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, SolidStart SSR, GitHub workflows, Cloudflare deployment, security headers, and accessibility.

03

Measurement

Google Search Console, GA4, consent-aware analytics, call tracking, form delivery, and reporting with explicit limits.

04

Search operations

On-page and local SEO, Google Business Profile, listing consistency, content briefs, and developer-ready specifications.

05

Automation

LLM-assisted analysis, repeatable audits, route-driven metadata, schema builders, validation, and internal workflow tools.

06

Ownership

Diagnosis through implementation, deployment, validation, documentation, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

Selected work

What I personally built and operated.

A&M Pool Service & Repair

Connected a rebuild, local presence, and useful content.

Business problem
A weak web and Google presence was limiting how often prospective customers found a credible answer.
My work
Rebuilt the website, repaired the Google Business Profile, aligned listings, and wrote service content, guides, and calculators.
Measured result
Organic clicks moved from 20–28 per month to 116 during June 1–21, 2026; impressions increased about tenfold.
Tools
Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, structured content, and call tracking.

The result measures search visibility, not automatically leads or revenue. Source data was verified through June 21, 2026.

Kain's Tires

Launched a bilingual local-service site around real customer decisions.

Business problem
An East Las Vegas tire shop needed Spanish- and English-speaking customers to find the right service, understand the shop, and call or visit without friction.
My work
Built and launched the bilingual site, organized the tire, repair, location, about, contact, and customer-question content, and connected calls, directions, reviews, and quote paths.
Technical implementation
Paired Spanish and English routes, self-referencing canonicals, hreflang alternates, focused service pages, structured data, responsive navigation, and XML sitemap coverage.
Current status
Live at kains-tires.com. The public site credits LVCOI; no traffic or conversion outcome is claimed without source data.

Public implementation evidence was verified August 31, 2026. Performance measurement remains separate from the build claim.

LVCOI.com

Built the technical foundation that the public site runs on.

Business problem
A growing service and industry architecture needed consistent crawl, metadata, schema, performance, and conversion controls.
My work
Designed and implemented the route registry, server-rendered pages, route metadata, canonical tags, JSON-LD builders, XML sitemap, robots response, analytics consent, accessible navigation, forms, and deployment pipeline.
Technical implementation
SolidStart SSR with TypeScript, reusable route data, nonce-based CSP, security headers, font preloading, reduced-motion handling, and GitHub CI.
Tools
SolidStart, SolidJS, TypeScript, Vite, GitHub Actions, Cloudflare Workers, GA4, and Git.

This is an operating platform, not a traffic case study. The implementation details are stated separately from performance claims.

Brooke Farris

Created a focused booking experience without another software subscription.

Business problem
A local stylist needed a fast, credible home for her work and a low-friction route from browsing to booking.
My work
Built a responsive one-page site from her original photography, a 24-image portfolio, and a guided booking flow that creates a pre-written text to the salon.
Current status
Client review. No traffic or conversion result is claimed before launch and measurement.
Tools
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive images, accessibility review, and direct messaging integration.

Working method

Diagnose → hypothesize → implement → validate → document

For A&M, I treated the website, profile, listings, and content as one search system, implemented the fixes directly, then used dated Search Console data to validate the visibility change without presenting clicks as booked work.

Why the next environment

End-to-end ownership, applied at a larger technical scale.

LVCOI has given me ownership of technical, search, content, and implementation decisions. I am interested in applying that operating discipline to a larger, technically complex platform where crawl behavior, indexation, automation, and experimentation operate at a different scale.
